How has your identity shaped your way of life [and vice-versa]?

I think I am more open to trying new things, to going new places, to meeting people of different backgrounds as a results of the blending of cultures and traditions in my life from day-1. There’s no situation or circumstance that I look at and assume or pre-judge because you just never know, and making assumptions based on appearances or the surface of things is just dumb anyway.

We all have to ask questions, to listen to answers, to learn from the conditions around us to be fully informed.

How about you?

The MOST I can do is agree w/you, yet I DO believe that part of the fun of ‘Dis-Covering’ is to CHALLENGE those surfaces, as well!

I agree too, with both of you. Sometimes pushing back on conventional notions is what keeps life interesting. Especially when you come from an “unconventional” background.

Being able to see the world from a variety of different perspectives is something we can be thankful for!
